The USDA says that the average consumption of red meat, poultry and seafood among Americans is 195 pounds per year!   It takes between 2,500 and 5,000 gallons of water to produce one single pound of beef for human consumption!  This means that by being a meat eater, you are using between 487,500 and 975,000 extra gallons of water per year! For an even more eye-opening discussion of this topic, please read this article on EarthSave.

Say NO to beef!
Say YES to Sustainable Eating!

Where's your food coming from?  If you're a meat eater, consider how your food animals were treated, before you put the energy of suffering, pain and despair into your body!  Want to find out more?  Watch The Meatrix.  Tell all your friends!  Better yet, have more compassion and don't eat animals.
